Established in 1997, Belgravia Management is a Philadelphia-based Single-Family Office founded by Ira Lubert. The firm makes opportunistic investments across various industries and asset classes, with a strong focus on direct investments in real estate, operating businesses, debt, and venture opportunities. Belgravia aspires to make meaningful, yet minority, investments with long-term partners.Mr. Lubert has over 40 years of experience in real estate and private equity. He is a Co-Founder of Lubert-Adler Partners, a real estate private equity firm. He is also the Co-Founder of seven other private funds’ managers and Co-Founder and Chairman of Independence Capital Partners.Mr. Lubert has been actively involved in both private and public corporate boards and has raised funds for numerous charitable causes. He has also served on the boards of the National Constitution Center, Penn State University (where he retired as Chair), and Jefferson Hospital, among others.

Belgravia invests in self-managed and developer-backed projects in ground-up development, vertical construction, stabilized properties, and other real estate opportunities. We have a strong preference for locations in and around the Northeast and Southeast U.S., but remain flexible with our deployment strategy.

With over 40 years of experience of investing in venture companies, we leverage our extensive expertise and relationships to support the growth and success of our portfolio companies. We are most active in early to mid-stage companies, backing committed entrepreneurs with bold, disruptive ideas.

We specialize in providing flexible capital to support operating businesses across a wide range of industries, company stages, and security types.
